Avocado
Avocados have tons of antioxidants, which makes them an excellent anti-aging product. It also hydrates your skin with Omega 3, Omega 6 and vitamins C, E and K. Make a mask by mashing some in a bowl. Add a tsp of lemon juice. Then apply on your skin and leave it on for 15 minutes.
Cucumber
Next time your skin gets irritated and inflamed after a day in the sun, try cutting thin cucumber slices. Put them in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then place the slices where you need them the most. Herbal Teas like chamomile and lavender are great anti-inflammatories. The caffeine in black tea shrinks blood vessels and reduces dark circles around your eyes. So wet 2 tea bags and put them over your eyes and you’ll see results right away.
Honey
